Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for a dynamic role in supply chain administration? Our client, based in Bicester, is seeking a proactive Admin Support Specialist to join their team full-time, working Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for orders and deliveries, ensuring smooth coordination.
* Process return and build orders, managing uploads with accuracy and efficiency.
* Support the supply chain team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
* Establish and maintain effective, productive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
About You:
* Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Solid Excel skills are ESSENTIAL for this role. The position will heavily involve working with spreadsheets.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in relevant software and systems for order processing and data management.
This is a full-time / permanent role working 37.5 hrs a week with a salary of around 25k. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
