Following the DfE’s decision to retain the IRO role within Children’s Services, Achieving for Children is looking to strengthen their quality assurance team by recruiting an experienced practitioner as an IRO / CP Chair.
Benefits include 29 days of annual leave, increasing to 33 days after 2 years and 35 days after 4 years, with a salary of up to £58,869 for experienced IROs or managers.
We are seeking candidates with knowledge of QA and previous experience as an Independent Reviewing Officer or CP Chair. We value professional development and a commitment to service improvement, so a background in delivering good practice is essential.
This is a statutory role requiring a social work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
