About The Team: This team is the engine room of our Hello Fresh Delivery Network (HFDN) focused on making sure every customer box gets where it needs to be; on time and in full for our customers in the North West. They are the intermediary between drivers and customers taking on sole responsibly for the final mile/home delivery. The Delivery Operations Manager will lead the site, drive performance, own KPIs, and manage delivery service partner (DSP) relationships at a strategic level. This person will be the go-to escalation point and key contact for wider logistics and cross-functional teams.
