Accounts Assistant / Administrator Derry City £28,000 to £32,000 plus benefits We are working with a successful property business based in Derry City to recruit for their new Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis paying £28k to £32k dependant on experience. Office based, working 9am to 530pm with a Friday 5pm finish. Joining their supportive accounts team you will be working across; Process supplier and customer invoices as part of a team Maintain and reconcile multiple bank accounts Perform monthly bank reconciliations Process purchase ledger invoices and match delivery notes and POs Reconcile supplier statements Maintain the Sales Ledger Control account Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and credit card statements Manage credit control Complete VAT returns What we are looking for; Previous experience in a similar role Comfortable working with financial and administrative systems Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Interviewing ASAP, for more info or to apply contact Jack via apply now or calling.
