VIC/Private Client Manager (Luxury Retail)
Placed by Leon is partnering with a globally recognised luxury lifestyle brand to appoint a VIC/ Private Client Manager. This is a highly strategic, client-facing role focused on developing and growing relationships with high-net-worth clients, delivering exceptional private experiences, and driving incremental revenue across multiple product categories.
This position sits at the heart of the clienteling strategy, working closely with senior retail and client development teams to elevate the overall client experience and unlock new commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of high-value clients (VIC/HNW), driving retention and increased spend
* Deliver best-in-class private client experiences, including one-to-one appointments, exclusive events, and bespoke services
* Identify and recruit new high-potential clients through personal networks, referrals, and external partnerships
* Drive Average Transaction Value (ATV) and cross-category sales through a highly personalised and consultative approach
* Partner closely with Personal Shoppers, Stylists, and external networks to expand client reach
* Lead and execute private events and activations, ensuring strong ROI and brand alignment
* Support and influence the wider retail team to elevate clienteling standards and engagement
* Utilise CRM data and insights to identify opportunities, re-engage clients, and maximise performance
Profile:
* Proven experience working with high-net-worth / VIC clients within a luxury retail or premium service environment
* Strong track record of driving sales through relationship-led clienteling and private appointments
* Well-connected, with the ability to build and leverage networks to drive new business within Mayfair/the wider London area
* Highly polished, confident, and credible when engaging with discerning clientele
* Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of KPIs, ATV, and client performance metrics
* Collaborative in approach, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
* Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable client experiences
