About the Role: This is a full-time, office-based role where youll work closely with two Supervisors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Allocating jobs and supporting the scheduling team Creating job packs and updating internal systems Handling customer and internal queries promptly and professionally Supporting daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow across the team Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm East Belfast (own transport recommended due to location) Permanent £26k - £27k per annum The Ideal Candidate: Strong administrative experience, ideally within a fast-moving environment Confident using computer systems and updating records accurately Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive team player with a can-do attitude This is a great opportunity to join a respected local employer and become a vital part of a friendly, hardworking team.
