JOB TITLE: Sales Advisor
RESPONSIBLE TO: Assistant Branch Manager
HOURS: Full time Mon-Fri – 42.5 hour week
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our team in a versatile sales role with real potential for growth.
This position is ideal for someone with general sales experience—particularly in a sales rep role—who enjoys converting leads into sales and thrives in a fast-paced environment. While experience in the fenestration industry (windows, doors, and related products) would be a real advantage, it's by no means essential; full training will be provided.
Working closely with a well established and supportive office team, you'll be trained on our sales and quotation software to prepare quotes for both supply-only and supply-and-fit work—primarily for windows and doors. You'll also have the opportunity to expand your knowledge across our full product range, enabling you to broaden your sales potential across multiple product lines.
We've designed a 3-tier pay structure to suit applicants with a range of experience—from enthusiastic trainees looking to build their career, to seasoned sales professionals ready to hit the ground running. The salary package is competitive, with the maximum rate based on earnings of successful team members in similar roles—but importantly, earnings are not capped. Our generous commission scheme rewards completed sales and offers significant potential to increase your income.

KEY SKILLS
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Working knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Outlook and Word.
· Good literacy skills and able to communicate clearly by email.
· Manages time effectively so as to accomplish tasks efficiently.
· Remains focused and productive when having to multi-task.
· Be a confident communicator displaying a friendly, positive attitude at all times.
· Have a sound business sense (understanding profit margins).
