Responsibilities
* Supporting compliance audits, ensuring actions are properly issued, tracked, and closed.
* Leading audit activities within the account-specific audit regime, including facilitating audits and managing corrective and preventative actions.
* Conducting root cause analysis sessions with internal teams and client representatives.
* Collaborating with site operational teams to ensure timely closure of actions.
* Working with technical managers to develop and update a compliance dashboard for data accuracy.
* Monitoring legislative changes and updating procedures accordingly.
* Ensuring all work complies with company policies, health and safety legislation, and statutory regulations.
* Participating in formal site meetings with clients, prepared and professional.
* Performing other duties as reasonably requested.
Person Specification
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (desirable).
* Proactive, results-focused, with good attention to detail.
* Knowledge of Facilities Management preferred.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience in a regulated environment or JSP framework advantageous.
* IOSH/NEBOSH certification (or equivalent) advantageous.
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
