Job Overview Work with the Retail Communications Manager to deliver the highest level of Retailer communications to all CSG Retailers and the Business Development Teams. Liaise with key stakeholders in all business areas to create timely communications aligned with the communications plan. Responsibilities : Newsletters Build content for weekly newsletters for Costcutter/Best One/Bargain Booze and Corporate stores. To include: · Create and print weekly sales-driving flyers to promote presells and sales-activities · Collate trading updates/product and Promotional updates · Highlight Insights and feature the resulting sales opportunities. · Include timely operational content. Email Produce and send sales driving/operational/planned/emergency and ad-hoc email communications when required. Review information provided for onward communication to ensure that it is retailer-facing. WhatsApp Supplement email communications with WhatsApp messages to update sales team members when required. Websites – Activhub and Bargain Booze Portal Identify articles from the Weekly newsletters to be uploaded as news stories Update DTS Supplier information on a weekly basis. Create/upload new pages, banners and messages and become the departmental expert for the SiteCore/Portal system. Regularly review the website for content that has not been updated – liaise with the functional owner to ensure content is replaced/removed. BD Team Communication Collate and write updates for the weekly BD Team update email Administration Manage the weekly updating of the Retailer and internal communication distribution lists. Collate weekly reports on readership levels. Review hard bounces and unsubscribers each week – liaise with BD Team to re-engage retailers. Campaign Management Effectively execute communication campaigns to maximise impact with our retailers. Help drive the delivery of retailer communications and establish and track metrics to measure success. Support on the delivery of the retailer communication plan. Qualifications Previous experience in a communications/marketing role. Excellent written skills and an eye for detail A good understanding of the Bestway Retail business at all levels Team player but be able to work on own initiative Maintain high levels of accuracy and detail Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Key Performance Indicators: Accurate, retailer and BDM team-facing regular communications are issued on time as per the framework schedule Emergency communications issued in a timely manner. ActivHUB content kept current and up to date at all times. An email address is held on file for every Bestway Retailer Email databases are kept up to date within the email marketing client.
