Objective: The primary objective of this role is to find new business opportunities, whilst nurturing and developing existing business. Research and identify new business opportunities—including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services—or new ways of reaching existing markets in line with the company’s strategic growth plans.

Core Alignment Responsibilities:
* Understand and support the company's mission, vision, and values
* Responsibility of personal learning, development, and KPI completion
* Promote and proactively adhere to the company’s core values in all day-to-day activities and interactions
Role Responsibilities:
* Receiving and Processing Stock: Input/updating computerized records, unloading deliveries, checking goods for damage, and ensuring they are stored correctly
* Order Picking and Packing: Selecting items via RF gun from storage based on system-generated orders, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment
* Inventory Control: Keeping accurate records of stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks via RF gun, and reporting discrepancies
* Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety: Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations
* Operating Equipment: Using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE to move/store goods
* Quality Control: Inspecting products for defects and ensuring all outgoing shipments meet quality standards
* Communication: Maintaining good communication with clients via email/phone
* Ad-hoc duties as requested by Management
* May be required to carry out deliveries utilizing company vehicles (Full and valid driver’s license required, group insurance restrictions allowing)
HSEQ Responsibilities:
* Comply with all Dron & Dickson’s integrated management system including all policies and procedures
* Ensure the company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety, and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting
