Manufacturing Business Administrator

The role:
Raytheon UK is seeking a capable and experienced business administrator to support the Manufacturing Team in Glenrothes and Livingston. The successful candidate will report to the Head of UK Manufacturing and will provide support for several senior management roles within the function. The role will involve communication and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders across UK and international sites, as well as completion of various administrative tasks using standard tools.
Main Duties:
1. Provision of admin support to senior Manufacturing management
2. Diary and event coordination including off-site and on-site event management and completion of relevant authorisations.
3. Work as part of cross functional teams on improvement projects and research within the function
4. Managing travel & expenses for senior Manufacturing management staff
5. Note taking and action management of meetings.
6. Support for meetings and events taking place, e.g. welcoming visitors, preparing meetings rooms, preparing presentation packs.
7. Providing admin support as necessary to support the effective operation of the function including, but not limited to; preparing information for meetings, updating records and preparing documents.
Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
8. Experienced in complex diary management.
9. Excellent communication and organisational skills
10. Excellent time management and ability to manage a diverse workload.
11. Highly organised and self-motivated
12. Strong DT skills (Ms Office, Outlook & SharePoint)
13. Strong integrity and confidentiality.
Desirable:
14. Prior relevant work experience in a highly regulated, technical industry
15. Interested in continuous professional development of self and others
