Overview
This role is a management position in a Tesco store. You will be a senior colleague in the store, responsible for delivering the best possible service to colleagues and customers and leading a management team.
Responsibilities
* Lead and guide your own management team; be the most senior colleague in the store and ensure excellent service for colleagues and customers.
* Maximise sales, impact and presentation for your department while ensuring everything is safe and compliant, and that staff are in the right place at the right time.
* Lead from the front on the store floor and be a role model for colleagues and customers.

* Talk to colleagues to share and encourage new ideas and best practice
* Be warm and welcoming, taking time to recognise and listen to others
* Build a strong team spirit and a network of relationships beyond the store
