Fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move Branch in Watford as we are looking to recruit an experienced Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full-time, permanent basis.
This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
As a Negotiator You Will
* Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales and lettings properties.
* Generate and conduct property viewings.
* Negotiate offers between all parties.
* Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
* Display excellent customer service at all times.
Industry Experience Is Essential
In return we offer:
* On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
* first few months guaranteed commission pay.
* 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.

Requirements
It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
