The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
This thriving consultancy, known for delivering excellence across the UK, is expanding its talented team with the addition of a confident and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor. Operating from four well-established regional offices, they have carved out a strong reputation for quality and innovation within the built environment.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in leading contract administration and cost management on a range of residential projects - from high-end housing to multi-unit schemes. You'll work alongside a supportive team of professionals who value collaboration, continuous development, and shared success.
Alongside residential work, you'll gain exposure to Commercial, Arts & Leisure, and Education sectors, ensuring no two days are the same. It's the perfect platform for a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to progress to Associate Director level, with structured career development and genuine promotion prospects on offer.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
* MRICS qualified or currently working towards
* At least 5 years of PQS/Consultancy experience.
* Familiarity with Employers Agent and Contract Administration duties (advantageous).
* Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
* Strong Pre & Post Contract experience
* A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
* Comfortable commuting to Southampton.
