Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to ensure orders fed through from Order Processing are batched accurately and timely for Production.

Responsibilities

* Receive orders from Order Processing.
* Complete the production/completion/delivery and onward date to the orders using Evo Net.
* Print and check the works order noting any relevant information the factory require using Evolution.
* Export and import the glass for the all orders using Evo Net and Glass Office plus noting the glass office number on the works order.
* Calculate the spring sizes for all windows using the "Springs" spreadsheet and write the sizes on the works orders.
* Complete all spreadsheets associated with processing the order ready for batching.
* Complete all stages of window and glass batching and completing all necessary spreadsheets/delivery boards associated with the batching.
* Batch any remake products the factory and customer care give us– upvc and glass.
* Process and batch arches including all relevant spreadsheets associated with the arch batching.

Requirements

* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
* Familiarity with assembly processes and techniques.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: £26,651.00 per year
