We are currently seeking a proactive and results-oriented Shift Manager to join our client's team in Wigan. As a key player in their operations, you will be responsible for driving productivity and efficiency across a range of departments within a fast-paced FMCG environment. With a strong focus on leadership and resource management, you will play a vital role in ensuring the ongoing success and growth.

Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate daily shift operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
* Manage resources effectively across multiple departments, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
* Implement lean manufacturing practices to streamline operations and minimize waste.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Conduct performance reviews and set achievable targets for team members.
* Communicate effectively with other shift managers and departments to ensure consistency and quality across operations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the FMCG industry is essential.
* Strong understanding of managing operations in multiple departments.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to implement and drive continuous improvement processes.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
* Good working knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
