On offer is a varied, commercially focused estimating position with a growing specialist contractor, that will see you take ownership of integral aspects of the business.
They are a well-established manufacturer / installer that work with a wide range of blue chip contractors across the UK. They are now looking to strengthen their pre‑sales team with someone who is comfortable estimating technical projects and also dealing with external / new stakeholders.
This role would suit someone with Estimating experience looking to step into a more client facing role, ideally with some previous exposure.
The Role
* Identify new projects opportunities to pursue
* Prepare detailed cost estimates from drawings/specs
* Liaise with a range of stakeholders
The Person
* Experience of estimating within construction
* Relationship building experience
* Confident speaking with new potential clients
