This role will require a candidate to be dynamic and commercially impactful. You’ll be responsible for:
* Selling the company’s inventory and sourcing material to meet customer demand while supporting overall stock requirements.
* Cultivating long-term customer relationships and proactively seeking new business opportunities every day.
* Managing the full trading cycle — responding to quotes, reviewing inventory, negotiating pricing, and executing deals efficiently.
* Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, building new relationships, and strengthening existing ones to increase trading activity.
* Monitoring market trends, customer requirements, and trading patterns to position material effectively and deliver a high level of service.
* Participating in commercial discussions, internal strategy reviews, and occasional travel for customer visits or industry events.
We’re seeking a highly qualified candidate who possesses:
* 5–10 years of experience in aviation parts trading, procurement, or aftermarket sales.
* A proven track record of generating business beyond RFQs and leveraging strong industry relationships.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
* Strong negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills with a proactive, sales-driven mindset.
* An understanding of the aviation aftermarket and an established network across airlines, MROs, leasing companies, and trading partners.
