* Rate: £40-42k
* Location: Croydon
* Working hours per week: 40 Hours
* Annual leave: 25 Days
* Company van and fuel card included
* Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
Day to day work will consist of going into occupied social housing properties and performing reactive maintenance. Being able to work alone or as part of a team is essential.
Qualifications
* Full UK Driver's License
* Social Housing Experience
* Relevant qualifications – 18th Edition (Essential), NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (Essential)
