Base pay range
Join Alcedo Care Trafford as a Children's Support Worker working within the areas of Trafford & Manchester. Excellent rates of pay £14 - £14.50 plus Pension plus Holiday Pay (equating to a rolled up pay rate of £16.16 - £16.74).
Responsibilities
* As a Children\'s Support Worker, provide personal care, emotional support, and assistance with daily routines to children and young people, while promoting independence, confidence and wellbeing.
* Work closely with families and other professionals to create a safe, nurturing environment where each child can thrive.
* Be a consistent, caring presence and build trust with children.
Qualifications and requirements
* Preferably a minimum of 6 months care experience within a UK care setting, but training is provided to boost your skills and confidence.
* Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be aged 18 or over; flexible hours including late evenings and night shifts; role involves personal care and unsupervised work with vulnerable individuals.
* This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
