Our client is a highly successful property company set in lively modern offices in Manchester City centre. They have a growing market presence in the city and due to ongoing success, they are looking for an additional sales and lettings consultant/valuer, to join their team.
You will be working with a dynamic team of property professionals and will be responsible for the sales functions in the office. The role involves initial valuations, marketing new properties, arranging viewings, negotiating sales and seeing the transaction through to completion. This is an extremely varied role which you will spend half of your days out of the office on valuations and viewing appointments.

Duties and responsibilities:
* Arranging valuations
* Generating new business
* Sourcing and advertising new properties
* Arranging and attending viewings
* Working to daily targets
* Negotiating sales and contract terms
* Sales progression
* Working closely with the lettings team
* Selling to investors and owner occupiers
The ideal candidate will have experience within the estate agency or letting sector and will be looking for an opportunity within a company that can provide ongoing training, career progression and fantastic benefits.
This role offers a basic salary of £22,000 - £25,000 and generous commission structure with an OTE of £30,000 - £35,000. It will include working some Saturdays.
