Our Aseptic Services department manufacture life-saving cancer chemotherapy drugs. Throughout the 12-month placement, as Quality Control Assistant, your responsibilities will include, though will not be limited to: Performing quality control activities and ensuring the compliance to the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures. Releasing of Aseptic materials for subsequent use in compounding (making) in accordance with defined procedures. Inspection of Final Product. Observing and actively promoting Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate: Currently attending university studying a scientific related discipline An ability to use GxP Quality Management Systems A supportive nature - and good team-playing mentality Being capable of working towards KPIs Excellent communication skills The ability to work at pace and in a high-pressured environment Hours of work: 40 hours per week between our core business hours of 0500 – 23.00 Monday – Sunday Shift patterns will include the below on rotation: Week one: 06.00 - 15.00, 5 out of 7 days Week two: 13.00 - 22.00, 5 out of 7 days Proposed start date for roles is 01.07.2024
