Ideal candidates will be positive team players with previous customer service experience in dynamic, fast-paced settings. Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work various hours (including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends) are essential.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
* Welcoming customers with a smile and genuine friendliness
* Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
* Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a manager
* Ensuring food safety and cleanliness according to health standards
* Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
* Completing cleaning schedules as per guidelines
* Maintaining quality, speed, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
* Adhering to performance standards and shift instructions
* Contributing to the restaurant’s goals and targets
* Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations
* Reporting near misses, injuries, or illnesses promptly
* Following safety procedures and wearing PPE when required
