Senior Traffic Signals Design Engineer - United Kingdom (Remote)
We're looking for an experienced engineer to lead the design of complex signalised junctions, pedestrian crossings, and intelligent traffic control systems across a range of high-profile infrastructure projects. This role offers a 50/50 split between home working and onsite presence, suitable for surveys, design validations, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities of the Senior Traffic Signals Design Engineer include:
* Conduct on-site inspections, surveys, commissioning, and supervision
* Prepare technical designs of complex signalised junctions and pedestrian crossings following approved procedures, including technical specifications
* Provide technical oversight for new product or service ideas and design plans
* Develop complex MOVA Designs and MOVA Datasets
* Ensure compliance with design standards such as TSRGD, DMRB, and Traffic Signs Manual
* Perform MOVA Validations of complex junctions and roundabouts
Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidates will have experience designing signalised junctions and pedestrian crossings, seeking to advance to a Senior Design Services Engineer role with new perspectives in Traffic Signal Design.
Key Requirements:
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Keysignals, OSC Mapper, and AutoTURN
* Microsoft Office skills
* Knowledge of TOPAS 2500A Traffic Signal Controller Specifications
* Familiarity with MOVA tools, datasets, and linking
* Knowledge of LinSig 3
* Full UK Driving Licence
