What will you bedoing? You'll be:
* Laying thegroundwork for connectivity: Installing newducts, chambers, and cabinets, along with all the associatedequipment.
* Clearing the pathfor progress: Tackling blockagesin the highway and expertly reinstating surfaces toindustry standards, capturing all the essentialdetails.
* Operatingheavy-duty heroes: Becoming proficientin using Stihl Saws, Wacker plates, trench compactors,mini diggers, and jackhammers (with the rightcertifications, of course!).
* Preparing forconnection: Installing new drawropes to customer premises, ensuring a smooth installationprocess.
* Keeping it alldocumented: Completing accuratepaperwork for your daily tasks, including job sheets, riskassessments, and plant/van checks.
* Being a safetychampion: Applying yourknowledge of risk assessment and hazard identification tomaintain a strong focus on health and safety.
* Taking care of yourkit: Being responsiblefor the company assets and plant assigned to you.
* Representing uswith pride: Treating internaland external customers with respect and providing supportwhenever needed.
* Following therules: Ensuring compliancewith all current client processes and procedures.
* Bringing yourexperience to the table: Utilizing yourbackground in a similar operational or engineering environmentwithin the telecoms industry.
* Communicating likea pro: Interactingeffectively and professionally with both internal and externalclients.
Requirements
What skills and qualifications do you need?
* Avalid UK driving license: You'll be on the move,connecting communities.
* Proven street works skills: You're confidentworking on the public highway.
* Industry-recognised qualifications to the followingstandards are ESSENTIAL:
o NRSWA - Units1 – 9: Your ticket to working safely on the roads.
o CSCS: Yourcommitment to construction safety.
o CPCS (MiniDigger): Your expertise in operating essential machinery(at least one member of a gang).
