Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
* Level 2 or 3 QCF/NVQ is preferred
* Some Care-based experience is preferable
* You must have the right to work in the UK
Responsibilities
* To help and assist residents getting up in the morning and going to bed at night
* Helping with personal care like washing, using the toilet, and dressing
* To create and maintain good professional relationships with residents, their family, and friends
* To use manual handling equipment safely and correctly
* Getting to know residents and their interests and needs
* Caring, kind & enthusiastic
* 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people
* Be comfortable working within either a team setting or lone working
