Texo Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to oversee and drive the success of our business development functions and team leadership across all divisions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the growth and operational performance at Texo Recruitment.
You will focus on expanding our client base, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and mentoring team leads to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with the Managing Director to align regional strategies with overall business goals and foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth across all divisions.
* Identify and pursue new client opportunities, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a senior point of contact and ensuring tailored recruitment solutions.
* Oversee and provide strategic direction to team leads across all divisions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
* Coach and mentor team leads to foster professional growth, improve team performance, and enhance service delivery.
* Conduct regular performance reviews with team leads and implement strategies for improvement where necessary.
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven working environment.
* Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of all divisions, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
* Monitor and report on key performance metrics, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
* Ensure a client-centric approach across all teams, prioritising exceptional service delivery.
* Oversee the recruitment process across divisions to maintain high standards in candidate sourcing, selection, and placement.
* Act as an escalation point for complex client or candidate issues.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years in recruitment, with significant experience in business development and leadership roles.
* Proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth in a multi-division environment.
* Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire team leads.
* Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
