About the Role as Head of Maths:
* Lead and manage the Maths department with a clear vision for excellence
* Deliver outstanding teaching and learning outcomes across KS4 and KS5
* Develop and implement strategies to raise attainment
* Foster a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement
