Senior Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our L&Q contract team based in Rainham
Location: Rainham
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the L&Q contract team, supporting them in delivering commercial leadership and governance across a long-term planned maintenance contract.
Your day to day will include:
* Leading all commercial matters and month-end processes, forecasting, and supply chain management
* Managing risks, cash flow, and ensuring contract compliance
* Developing and motivating the commercial team on the contract
* Representing Kier in client working groups and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting tenders and contributing to business growth
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:
* You have strong communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and supply chains
* You hold relevant qualifications (Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying desirable) and have experience in a similar role
* You are organised, deadline-driven, and proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT packages
* You're flexible, proactive, and committed to continuous development
* You have a full driving licence (does not need to be UK-specific)
