Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available The Wayleave Registry are responsible for the administration of Wayleaves and consent documents. As Wayleave Registry Administrator, you will ensure all new wayleave agreements are entered correctly onto our internal systems, scanning and indexing the agreements accordingly. You will work as part of a team dealing with a variety of incoming telephone calls, emails and mail from customers. You will be required to accurately process written enquiries for our electrical apparatus sited on third party land. You'll work closely in a small team within the registry to conduct wayleave searches and make amendments to existing agreements. You will also process payment queries, and organise the reissuing of cheques as appropriate. Depending on the value of agreements and payments you will be required to liaise directly with Accounts Payable. What do I need? To be considered for this role, ideally you should be; An effective communicator and be comfortable working with and advising teams across the business as required. Experienced working in administration and a customer facing role and be dedicated to achieving excellent results. Good IT skills and use of Microsoft Office packages and any experience of GIS applications would be advantageous. Highly organised, and detail orientated, previous experience working within a property/land related role or working with Wayleave Agreements would be advantageous.
