Seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Partner and wider legal team. This is a pivotal role within a close‑knit firm, requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced professional environment.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted gatekeeper and coordinator, ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of partner schedules, client communications and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
* Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings, calls and travel arrangements.
* Act as first point of contact for clients and professional contacts.
* Prepare agendas, briefing materials and meeting documentation.
* Screen and prioritise emails and correspondence.
Administrative & Legal Support
* Assist with document preparation, formatting and proofreading.
* Coordinate document execution and filing.
* Support matter opening, client onboarding and compliance checks.
* Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems.
Client & Office Coordination
* Liaise with clients, barristers, experts and external advisors.
* Arrange client meetings, events and hospitality.
* Support billing administration and expense processing.
General Support
* Assist partners with ad hoc projects and research.
* Help maintain efficient office operations.
* Provide administrative support across the team as required.
Key Skills & Experience
* Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or Legal Secretary (law firm experience preferred).
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* High level of discretion and professionalism.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
