Remuneration: £27,500- plus £1000 working from home allowance
Contract Type: Permanent/ / Full time - 40hours per week
Location: Home-based/various UK meeting locations as required

The Finance Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and processing of financial transactions and procedures, while also providing ad hoc support to the wider Finance Team as needed
This is a home-based role (applicants must reside in the UK), though occasional travel may be required for face-to-face meetings at various locations within the UK.
As our Finance Assistant you will:
* Assist with and resolving financial queries
* Prepare and raise invoices and credit notes to ICBs for RTC and NHS Contract patients.
* Produce documents using Microsoft packages, such as Excel to a professional standard
* Provide supporting data to ICBs to enable them to validate our invoices.
* Assist with ICB invoicing cycles (Weekly and monthly)
* Deal with queries received via email and portal tasks
* Complete any other duties as may be reasonably required.
To succeed as our Finance Assistant, you will be:
Able to demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and perform well under pressure and tight deadlines
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* Credit Control or Debtor chasing experience
* Work experience as a Finance Assistant/Accounts Assistant or similar role
* Advanced MS Excel skills
* Attention to detail with the ability to detect numerical errors
Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* Knowledge and understanding of the financial workings of Psychiatry- UK or a similar business environment
