Role Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced Civils Operatives with a strong background in the telecommunications industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on the Openreach network, with all relevant Openreach accreditations and Streetworks qualifications in place.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery of civils works for telecoms infrastructure, including excavation, duct installation, reinstatement, and associated works.
Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard, in line with Openreach specifications and health & safety requirements.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of works completed, including use of tablets or other digital tools.
Operate plant and machinery as required (where applicable and accredited).
Proven experience in civils works within the telecommunications industry.
Openreach network experience is essential.
Must hold all relevant Openreach accreditations (e.g., SA001, SA002, NRSWA, etc.).
Full UK driving licence (preferably with towing entitlement).
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and procedures.
Experience with reinstatement (asphalt/concrete).
First aid training.
