Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
* Prepare and cook dishes using only fresh produce, maintaining the highest culinary standards
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu execution and daily kitchen operations
* Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards at all times
* Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and minimising waste
* Train and support junior members of the team where required
* Work collaboratively within a brigade of 10 chefs and kitchen porters
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up
* Passion for fresh ingredients and quality cooking
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
