Company Secretarial Assistant • Provide expert advice and support within our Company Secretarial function• Lead the preparation and documentation for board and committee meetings• Hybrid working available, with flexible arrangements to suit business needsAbout the roleWe are seeking a proactive and professional individual to support the Company Secretarial function in delivering highly effective, comprehensive company secretarial services to the Group. This role is central to ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulation, and corporate governance best practice. As a key member of the team, you will manage and advise on governance, company law, and associated queries, ensuring timely resolution. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating Board and Committee meetings, producing and circulating documentation, and accurately minuting meetings for our subsidiary Boards and Board Committees. You will also manage regulatory and legislative filings, support the administration of the NFU Mutual Charitable Trust, and help promote a safe working environment. Additionally, you will monitor and report on risk and compliance activities, and deliver short-term projects as required.
