Compass Associates are proud to partner with a leading national pharmacy group currently expanding its team. We're seeking a committed and professional Pharmacist to join a high-performing store in Stoke-on-Trent, supporting delivery of first-class community pharmacy services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Dispensing a high volume of items (15,000+ per month) accurately and safely
* Collaborating with pharmacy colleagues to ensure effective and timely communication
* Delivering essential NHS Pharmacy Services, including Flu Vaccinations and Pharmacy First
* Supporting the team in meeting agreed KPIs and performance standards
* Assisting in audits and following up on action plans
* Adhering to company SOPs and maintaining professional standards
About You:
* Qualified Pharmacist with GPhC registration
* Previous community pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
* Committed to delivering outstanding patient care
* Reliable, professional, and motivated
