Real Chemistry is looking for an Account Associate, Advertising to join our growing team!
21GRAMS, part of Real Chemistry, takes an innovative approach to advertising, focusing on making healthcare more human. This position offers a great opportunity for an individual with a passion for healthcare to work with leading clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and health IT fields.
The Account Associate is responsible for providing account management support in coordinating day-to-day activities with the agency internal team and external vendors for the assigned client/product.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain weekly client status reports
* Prepare timelines and contact reports in collaboration with project management
* Work with the team to initiate new jobs within the agency
* Develop project estimates with the team
* Track and manage team hours and out-of-pocket expenses in collaboration with the business manager and project management team
* Participate in internal financial billing meetings
* Prepare and maintain competitive information files
* Maintain brand promotional materials inventory
* Handle project work and provide support as requested by the team
* Liaise with the client regarding project submissions for Regulatory Committee Review and production needs
Requirements:
* Ability to demonstrate a solid understanding and interest in healthcare marketing
* Relevant degree in a science subject or marketing
* Good understanding of social media vehicles and comfort leading and drafting communications around them
* Highly organized with a mindfulness of deadlines and strong attention to detail
* Independent thinker confident in taking ownership of assets and material development, but a team player who enjoys collaboration
* Professional presence, performs with a sense of urgency and with a client service orientation
* Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
* Good management of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint
