We are proud to be partnering with an award-winning, South-West based Housing Association, who are looking to appoint a permanent Fire Risk Officer. This will be a full-time position based regionally across the South West, with mileage paid from home, requiring two days a week on site and three days from home, offering a salary of £43,443 per annum. The ideal candidate will have experience completing FRAs in line with PAS 79. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Liaising with external bodies such as contractors, local government and fire authorities, ensuring regular inspections are conducted on all dwellings and communal areas Undertaking FRAs according to PAS 79 Producing reports following FRAs Managing action plans that come as a result of FRAs Audit FRAs carried out by 3 rd party assessors Maintaining an up to date database of FRAs Assisting with specs of work when actioning fire risk assessments Experience required: FRA experience Experience managing the work of contractors Rewards and Benefits: Hybrid working Mileage paid from home Opportunities for training, both internal and external Working hours: 35 hours per week Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
