We are a Retrofit Consultancy based in the heart of Suffolk, offering Assessment, Design & Coordination services to our clients. Our team of experts works across a range of retrofit projects, helping clients reduce carbon emissions and improve living standards. We deliver Retrofit Services for social housing landlords such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities, supporting them through their SHDF & Warm Homes Wave 3 projects for the next few years. As we expand, we’re looking for someone who shares our values and vision for a more sustainable future.
The Role
As a Retrofit Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing and overseeing domestic retrofit projects in line with PAS 2035 standards. You’ll work closely with assessors, designers, and installers to ensure high‑quality delivery and compliance throughout the retrofit process.
This is a full‑time role, based in our office in Suffolk, 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage retrofit projects from assessment to completion.
* Ensure compliance with PAS 2035 and other relevant standards.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
* Monitor project progress and deadlines, keeping the client informed.
* Maintain accurate documentation and records.
* Visit clients for site visits & project meetings.
What We’re Looking For
* A qualified Retrofit Coordinator (TrustMark and PAS 2035 compliant).
* Proven experience in domestic retrofit or energy efficiency projects.
* Strong project management and communication skills.
* Very high standards of work, compliance is non‑negotiable.
* A proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
* Passion for sustainability and improving housing standards.
