Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum objectives
* Assess, monitor, and support students' academic progress
* Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners, including those with additional needs
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community
* Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents to support learning and progress
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching in Secondary schools preferred
* Subject specialism in your chosen area
* Passionate, organised, and committed to pupil success
* Reliable and adaptable, with strong communication skills
