Contract Type: Full-Time
Start Date: January 2026

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking primary school in Milton Keynes from January 2026. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about early education and dedicated to helping children develop strong academic, social, and emotional foundations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum, ensuring teaching meets the needs of pupils with a range of abilities. You will create a positive and structured classroom environment that promotes high expectations, inclusion, and pupil wellbeing. Regular assessment and monitoring of progress will be used to inform planning and provide targeted support, helping every child reach their potential. You will also encourage independence, curiosity, and problem-solving through creative and purposeful learning experiences.

You will work closely with colleagues and support staff, sharing best practice and contributing to whole-school initiatives. Building positive and effective relationships with parents and carers will be an important part of the role, supporting pupils’ progress both in and out of school. You should be passionate about developing confident, independent learners and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and reflective approach to teaching and professional growth is essential.

In return, the school offers a competitive salary based on experience, opportunities for career progression, and access to high-quality professional development. You will receive ongoing support from a dedicated consultant, along with a pension scheme and additional wellbeing benefits to support a healthy work–life balance.

If you are ready to make a positive impact in the early stages of a child’s education, we would love to hear from you. For further information, please call or click Apply Now.
