This is one of those opportunities that really doesn’t come up too often. As Wayne’s Personal Assistant you’ll find that no two days are ever the same. You’ll be supporting Wayne and the senior asset management leadership team in providing proactive support, including attending meetings, diary management, project work, planning and co-ordinating leadership team meetings and financial administration. You’ll be responsible for managing and organising Outlook mailboxes, responding to enquiries and flagging others for actions. You’ll provide a daily summary of actions to follow up and will manage this work in a collaborative way. You will understand the importance of accurate record keeping and being discrete will be extremely important as you will have access to sensitive information. About you Having previously held an executive PA role in a medium to large organisation, you will understand the skills and experience this role requires. You will have great organisational skills and will be capable of following instructions. You’ll have experience in planning and organising daily workloads and with strong time management skills will be able to meet required deadlines. You’ll be happy to communicate at all levels and will feel confident in your ability to handle enquiries in a professional and competent manner. This role will require you to have a good level of IT skills, including all Microsoft packages. You’ll have experience in use of Excel including manipulating data and will have previously used a number of systems confidently. You will have project planning experience and will possibly hold project management qualifications. And you’ll be adept at seeing the bigger picture, enabling consistent planning and colleague engagement.
