Salary: £14.37 per hour
The Role
Multi Site Team Leader (Supported Living, Lincoln). For this role, a full UK driving licence and previous Team Leader experience in adult social care are essential. Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs in a supported living setting.
* Lead by example, ensuring high-quality care aligned with CQC standards and person-centred care plans.
* Foster meaningful relationships and encourage community involvement through engaging activities.
* Oversee daily operations, including supervision of staff, rota management, and compliance checks.
* Empower and inspire a team of support workers to deliver outstanding care every day.
