About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our cleaning services team as a Cleaning Operations Specialist. This is a hands-on role that requires strong planning, coordination, and communication skills to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and preparation of daily cleaning tasks and team coordination
* Support stock delivery, team rotas, recruitment, training, and overall team development
* Monitor safety standards, conduct compliance checks, and ensure legislative requirements are met
* Oversee daily cleaning tasks, address feedback, and implement improvements to maintain a clean and safe environment
* Balance hands-on tasks with administrative responsibilities for seamless operations
Requirements:
* Experience in coordinator, assistant, or administrator roles within cleaning or facilities operations (desired but not essential)
* Proven ability to plan and organize operational tasks for large teams
* Comfortable multitasking in a busy customer-focused environment
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
