Join our team as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to advance your career. Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering 14 great shifts per week, ensuring all prep is completed and dishes are made to specification.

What you'll bring
* Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef seeking the next career step
* Experience working with fresh ingredients and strong chef/kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene practices)
* Good communication skills and a team player
* Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision
* Strong knowledge of allergen management, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety best practices
