Location: UK (travel to customer sites when required)

Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm
Join our team as a Field Sales Executive with Gradwell Communications, part of the Onecom Group.
About the role
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for tech and a talent for building new business? In this role, you’ll be engaging with medium‑sized businesses and introducing them to our cutting‑edge VoIP and connectivity solutions.

 * Full clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Key responsibilities
 * Identify and win new business across the UK
 * Conduct face‑to‑face and virtual meetings with prospects
 * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
 * Accurately forecast sales performance and pipeline activity
 * Spot cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts
 * Stay up to date with Gradwell’s product portfolio (VoIP/3CX, connectivity)
 * Monitor market trends and competitor activity
 * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
 * Provide regular reports and updates to the Head of Direct Sales
