What You’ll Do Own the day‑to‑day health and performance of Salesforce. Enhance functionality with custom Apex classes, triggers, and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, best‑practice solutions. Optimise processes proactively, identifying improvements before they’re even requested. Keep pace with Salesforce releases, assessing impact and implementing changes. Administer core tasks: user management, permissions, automation tools, reporting. Share knowledge through documentation, training, and cross‑team support. What You’ll Bring Proven Salesforce admin skills; Apex development experience a plus. Familiarity with Einstein Analytics, Conga, DocuSign is an advantage. Confident in Salesforce features: Flow, Reports, Lightning, Validation Rules. Able to translate complex tech into clear business value. Strong grasp of release management and change control.
