Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement manufacturing processes to support new product introduction
2. Support manufacturing governance, planning, and lifecycle reviews
3. Analyse production data to inform decision-making and improve efficiency
4. Resolve production issues and support shop floor activities
5. Drive continuous improvement in processes, capacity, and workflow
6. Ensure product quality through validation and process control
7. Maintain manufacturing documentation and data
8. Contribute to problem-solving activities (e.g. 8D)
9. Mentor junior team members and promote best practices
Required Skills & Experience
10. Degree in engineering or equivalent experience
11. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production environments
12. Ability to influence stakeholders using data and analysis
13. Experience working across project lifecycles and cross-functional teams
14. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
15. Ability to manage workload independently

17. Awareness of Industry 4.0 / smart factory principles
