About the Role

The Stock Manager supports the growth of our online business and ensures our customers receive the very best online experience and customer service. You will support and encourage your team to meet performance targets, ensuring returned items are refunded quickly or stock is packaged and ready to fulfil existing online orders.


Key Responsibilities

* Support the Store management team across the back‑of‑house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
* Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met.
* Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do.
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities by adapting to change and working alongside the team.
* Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times in order to meet business needs.


About You

* You are an effective multi‑tasker who can plan, organise and prioritise your workload.

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.

This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to, for example, the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to consider their own right to work options without sponsor.

Shifts you are applying for: 21.75 hrs p/w – Sun 09:30‑17:00, Tue 07:00‑12:00, Wed 09:00‑15:00, Thu 11:00‑15:30.
