We are looking for an experienced and passionate Copywriter / Content Editor to join our Bespoke team. You'll have a sharp eye for detail, impeccable writing skills, and a deep appreciation for design and culture. You will create compelling copy that aligns with Wallpaper's sophisticated voice.
Responsibilities
* Editing content for clarity and style, and collaborating with writers, designers, and editors to ensure every piece reflects the magazine's high standards.
* Writing clear, engaging, and on‑brand copy for print and digital content including features, interviews, product descriptions, headlines, sponsored editorials, and social media posts.
* Editing and proofreading articles, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to Wallpaper's editorial guidelines and tone.
* Collaborating with editors, designers, and contributors to develop original content ideas and shape compelling narratives.
* Staying current on trends in design, architecture, fashion, and lifestyle to keep content fresh and relevant.
* Leading, along with the Bespoke Art Director, the development of pitches and live campaigns, pulling in creatives, designers, specialists, and editorial teams to deliver the best work.
* Supporting the development of sales support and brand marketing materials including media pack updates, monthly issue sales support flyers, and event invitations.
* Helping to create creative campaign concepts that inspire clients with a vision for their brands and businesses, translating into campaigns on Future's platforms.
* Breaking down client briefs and new opportunities, working with the Wallpaper commercial and editorial team to develop ideas and concepts consistent with the Wallpaper brand and tone of voice.
Qualifications
* Experience as a copywriter, content editor, or similar role, preferably within luxury lifestyle, design, or fashion media.
* Ability to write in a polished, sophisticated tone that reflects Wallpaper's brand identity across print, digital, and social media platforms.
* Strong editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Familiarity with SEO principles and digital publishing platforms.
* Passion for design, architecture, fashion, and cultural trends.
